While we don’t (and never will) have a cocktail menu here at Smokin’ Aces, we realise that some of our customers prefer a little guidance when it comes to choosing their cocktails. For that reason, we will be producing a short “suggestion list”, which will change every 4 months, using seasonal products and appropriate flavour profiles. So, with Spring already upon us and the evenings getting longer, here’s our offering for Spring 2016…

A Day At The Races

Our subtle twist on the Mint Julep, a springtime Kentucky Derby classic:

Now you know how to say “Old Fashioned” in Japanese. A twist on the classic, with Plum Liqueur:

Hibiki Harmony Whisky
Akashi Tai Umeshu
Sour cherry bitters
Maraschino cherry
Fresh orange peel
Cherry wood smoke

Served from a smoked hip flask.

Nothing screams “springtime” like Japanese cherry blossom, so here’s a delicate, Japanese twist on a whiskey sours:
